Despite the well publicized shortage of building materials and labor, there's been a lot of progress on new construction homes in Del Webb's new community in Parrish called Bayview.
Bayview follows the highly successful template by Del Webb/Pulte, of providing a resort style experience with a wide range of activities for residents.
In these photos I shot from my drone, you can see the beginnings of a the club house, as well as the skylines of St. Petersburg and Tampa to the north.
Future reidents of Del Webb Bayview will have easy access to I-75 on Moccasin Wallow Rd, with St. Petersburg beaches and Tampa International Airport about an hour away.
